Joe,

People don't normally want to attend ALC meetings. We all know that. Let's not press that issue.

And although I understand the reasons behind the fine, agents weren't aware of it. Were attempts made by the office to make them aware? Dude, YES. I said that in the video blog. But somehow agents still didn't know. I've received responses saying "Wow, thanks. I didn't know that."

So I have helped the ALC, promoted the culture, and done a good job. Right? :)

Dustin,

All associates are welcome to attend ALC. Also, the agenda and minutes are posted on the intranet... I will forward you a copy next time it comes up.

Advertising expired listings is grounds for the agent & our broker to lose their license.

Advertising sold listings as "for sale" is grounds for the agent and our broker to lose their license.

There will always be sold and expired listings in the Showcase. It just happens since the magazine comes out monthly. But to intentionally advertise unavailable properties as "For Sale" as a normal course of business is misleading.

The expired and sold listings are a liability plus they make the Showcase cost more since more paper is required. If an associate is going to put the entire MC at risk with TREC and cost us all more money, $25 sounds pretty reasonable, don't you think? :-)

I posted a blurb, but I think someone closer to Virginia could make a better request. Thank you for what you do!

Dustin,
What has transpired here, in the middle of a tragedy is an awesome display of love and caring, truly Agents Helping Agents. which Keller Williams nurtures in its philosophy.
As a mother who came so close to losing her son, I can still only imagine her sense of emptiness. May God Bless and comfort her and her family.
Thank you Dustin for keeping us informed in your kind way.
Fondly,
Jary

May God be with Virginia, her husband and family! I'm so sorry to hear about her loss, I guess God has plans that we never can understand, but it's always for the best! Dustin, besides dinners, if you can communicate w/ Virginia and then post what is needed here.. I'm sure she won't have any problem getting what she needs from our KW family!
