I looked up “Superstud” in the dictionary online. Weird – it’s not in there. So I’m going to have to make up my own definition.

Superstud – adj: of or having to do with superceding normal stud status; exceeding the level of typical studliness, i.e. Anna Velazques is a superstud in the Keller Williams office.

How’s that? Pretty good, huh? I like the definition. It is very appropo. And those of you who have worked here for any length of time, understand what goes on behind the scenes of an MCA office, or know Anna, know that this definition is true. I’ve had the honor of knowing Anna for a number of years now. In fact, I’ve known her, I think, since 2002. It may even be beore then. At any rate, I have seen that girl grow intensely. I go to the gym everyday at about 7am. I am in the locker room, typically, at about 8:15. And I have learned that when I get to the locker room the televisions that they have hanging on the walls are, typically, on CNN or some other news channel. It’s one of those days where you are on a call, another call is beeping in; so you switch over to the second call, and as soon as you hang up on the second call then a third call comes in. While you are on the phone with the third call, yet another call beeps in and you are looking at your phone like, “Dude, WHAT is the deal here???”

Stupid cell phone - SHUT UP Ok, keep in mind that just gave a scenario with a 4 call limit. I don’t know the exact amount of phone calls
that the front desk gets in any given day, but I’m going to take a guess.

Well, I cannot believe how quickly this transaction management service has taken off. When I started this a little over 9 weeks ago, I had a 1 year plan that projected a certain rate of growth. I have outdone that projection by a great deal. This is a good thing. Growth is good. But whenever there is growth, growing pains come with that!

Remember them? Remember that show? How funny!

Anyway, as a reminder, here is a list of some of the things I do as a Transaction Manager(more…)
