KW Family,

Check out this video blog that came as a result of my speaking at Brenda Perricone’s market center.

Call or email me. Take that leap. You will not regret it. You may finally experience the leverage you’ve hoped for.

Hi KW Family,

Sorry this is kind of dark. It’s about 8:30 in my breakfast area. I need to change some bulbs. 🙂

Please call me if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Dustin…

Hi guys and girls,

Sometimes in the frenzy of our technological society we forget about some very basic, some might call them archaic, modes of marketing. But these dusty old relics are the foundations upon which marketing is built. And foundations are a critical part of a structure, wouldn’t you agree? 🙂

I’m writing a blog right now…a web log. Get it – weB Log…blog. Blogs are uber popular. They are considered one of the greatest marketing tools around right now. They are free. They are world wide. They are easily accessible. They are fairly user friendly. And in terms of marketing tools for a business to generate leads, they really are an invaluable asset. So has this blog been my greatest marketing tool? What do you think? (more…)

Talk about a long hiatus! I haven’t blogged in a long time. I have been busier than a one armed paper hanger in a paper hanging contest. I stole that line from Dolly Parton in Steel Magnolias. Not that I’ve seen the movie…um, no…that would be girly. Sheesh!

Moving on – so last all of you read, I had hired Rafael Goyco. Rafael, unfortunately didn’t work out. Raf needed something different. Real estate, as you all know, is only for a select few of us. You know, the odd and self-abusive few of us who don’t mind working countless hours for the same pay that I use to get when I was mowing yards for my grandmother at the age of 12.

 So Raf has moved on.
The day after Rafael told me that he needed to do something different, Holly sat me down and told me that she needed to resign. After I vomited, cried, and banged my head against my desk for a little while, I told Holly that I completely understood and respected her decision. I love Holly. She’s awesome. But transaction management takes a certain kind of personality, and Holly realized that she just wasn’t that kind of personality. But as you can imagine this put me into a scramble.
