    Hi Dustin,

    I have been the Transaction Manager for the #1 Re/Max Team in Utah for the past 5 years and have closed over 1000 transactions for our Team. Because of the slow down in the real estate market they have cut my benefits, salary and bonuses and I’ll be leaving at the end of the month…they can no longer afford me and frankly I can’t afford to stay. It has been an agonizing decision…but I’ll continue to manage the Team transactions from home, and hope to pick up more agents and also get my real estate license. I would love to talk with you about getting my own business started and any tips and pointers that you may have. As I begin to research this field, I’m amazed at what is already taking place! And, I’m encouraged about taking control of my own future. I appreciate any information you can give me.
